Another vote for Riccar. We spent about 3 hours one day in the vacuum store. He showed us first hand where he would dump sand in the carpet. He'd run over it with a dyson, and show us how much it picked up. He then went over the same spot again with the riccar, and it picked up 3x what the dyson...

Those are designed to use the sidekick center section, and the sami tubes. If that's how it was built, then you'd just use sami axle shaft bearings etc.

I would assume that this is magnified if the rear is a little wider than the front. My custom rear housing is about 1.5" wider than the front, and it does feel different than before.

There are some that have done it. I think it would be a nice option because it would help out the front u-joint angle at the t-case alot having the pinion rolled up. It doesn't take a whole lot of lift and that upper u-joint is almost running at it's max. It makes it terrible to try and drive...

As Chevycrew said, long shackles will end up causing more problems then they are worth. Your castor angle will change to the point you'll have death wobble, and it won't steer very well. Like he said, you can use shims to correct it, but by the time you buy those, you are on your way to just...

Yep. I think I had 4 or 5 wires to hook into the sami harness. I was driving it while he modded it. When I got it I pulled a looong weekend, and swapped in the motor, and the wire harness, and drove it to work on Monday. I'll pm you his name and number.
