Yes and no on the 4.0L being the other option from factory but not only. Factory options were the 2.5L 4banger and the 4.0L straight six.

If you have the money, get it spring under with yj would be best. Get a set of zuk axles and weld 2.5" wide perches in place of the 2" zuk ones or go right to toyota axles. Body lifts screw up shifters, steering, brakes and look like POO!

The engine is built. It is a carbed 350 with forged pistons and crank, preformer cam, high flow hedders, and a weiand blower. It has new plugs, cap, rotor, filter, and oil. I think my biggest problem is keeping my foot out of it, so much fun to floor it and shoot past the new mustangs.

I have a vacuum and boost meter to check but wanted to see if there was a cost effective low meter to check the physical amount being flown through to get better economy. It seem if I dont want to spend a TON of money I need to just make due with my vacuum gauge.
