Week three is kicking my trash, haven't been completing the final sets, instead adding a 6th set.
I'm going to continue and struggle day 3 then rinse and repeat week 3.
I symtarted this 2 weeks ago (today is day 15) my sets look very different then what I am seeing here...not sure why. Last week I struggled. My front shoulders and triceps hurt way more and I missed a few sets through the week. Now, after doing my max burn out yesterday, they increased each set by 1ea and added a 5th set. I am not sure I can manage this. I am also curious why mine is different. The site zi went to is now 100pushups.com. not spelled out like the OP.
Anyway day 15
2 sets of 14 - early AM
2 sets of 14 - late AM
2 sets of 14 - early PM
2 sets of 14 - late PM
2 sets of 14 - evening
Total for the day of 140
Last week was 4 * 2 sets of 13 for 104....and I struggled. Not looking forward to 5 of 14
