Day 0.1: 6-6-4-4-4. Poor form. Yuck.

I just did 30, probably could have done some more if I easing my workout clothes and not in my regular clothes with stuff in my pockets. So are we going to do this a Monday Wednesday Friday deal?

That's my plan. I'm going to do Day 0.2 on Friday, then Monday it's for reals.

I'll start "officially" on Monday (starting on Week 3, per the initial test results), but I wanted to do something today anyway...so I backed up to Week 2, day 2. The schedule wanted me to do 14, then 16, 12, 12, and max after that---the "max" ended up being 10. I was pretty weak and shaky afterward, we'll see how Friday goes. :D

Initial test, 62 (just now).

I'm a feeble, broke down, arthritic, weak wristed, skinny armed, sunken chested, slope shouldered, lazy, spinal injured, pathetic pot bellied, chronic pain suffering, whiskey soaked, cigar addicted old coot.

I'll start week 3 on Friday.

I started last night, using the app, I managed 20.
I don't do it again till Wed. Then it's reps of 6-6-4-4-5.

Finished my first day, the app stopped working after my second set, so I had to make due...
Last one said Max or at least 5 I finished with 12, so the last 20 weren't counted in my total.

Barring injury which is unfortunately always a real possibility for me with something like this, I'm going to see it through.

I decided to see how many were possible with this plan. I was surprised that after doing the first set of week 1, 10, 12, 7, 7, on the last I could only do 15. I will make a confession my arms are not at 90 degrees to the floor if they were my chest would be only an inch off the floor and I would never get back up. Also my heart rate went up to 142 mainly because I only have one diaphragm so I really suck air.

Just finished my Day 1 too, where the initial test put me, starting Week 3, column 3.

The last set kicked my butt (could only do 33). This isn't going to be easy.

Day 2 on Monday.

You are certainly ahead of many of us, but I agree it's not going to be easy...
