one I haven't heard yet is a .25o6, my b-i-l shoots one, taken deer @ 200yds plus and coyotes around @ 300 yds on a calm day or a 5.6 mm Getting pretty common now. I shoot a .308 it's a big enough gun for most, no the cheapest to shoot, but if you reload brass, it get's cheaper.
