This was abandoned by a former employee on my property. He told me almost 2 years ago that he was going to pick it up and as you can see it is still sitting here. I know nothing about it and just want it off my property.

What is your definition of complete? It does not han an interior or most of the glass. There is a motor in it, but I have not lifted the hood to see what it looks like under the hood. You can see the fan through the grill, so I know there is not a radiator.
