I'd be all for a square front shaft but I use 4WD on the highway during winter and need to be able to do 65mph.

Update

We are getting close to having this Truck ready for the road. Probably need a solid 3 days of work and it's finished.

We re-sized the flatbed from 6x8 to about 5x7. I'll need to come up with some real mudflaps (SAMI?) and a bumper/hitch to stay legal.

The front hoops are welded in and just need an additional brace along with a limit strap.

I will run the rear shocks from the factory location on the frame to maintain streetability.

We got the truck out of the shop for some playtime...it works pretty well:greg:

The bed has been bobbed to the end of the framerails and narrowed to fit within the cab...it looks a lot better.
