1990 YJ HELP!! Fuel pump issue??? HELP!!

I'm about fed up with this jeep. Sick off it not running right. Wondering if anyone in here can help me. It starts up runs fine for about 5 minutes or so while driving, then it starts to cut out sputter etc.... fuel pump is new the fuel filter is new as well from the dealer they installed it a few months back. Also after the jeep has been running for a while I can hear a weird sound from where the fuel pump is it's like a buzzing our hissing type sound. Is it TBI or MPFI ? Try some throttle body cleaner . Make sure all your vaccum lines are good, replace as nessesary.
Also look at your distributor they have an oil weep hole on the backside so when the seal goes out it'll leak oil a lot and make it not idle right . When I replaced mine it idles perfect . If it has a fuel pump relay maybe that could be faulty.
