This 1999 TJ has just over 100K original miles. It doesn't look pretty, but it's ready to hit the hills and rocks. I bought this 2 years ago and have put over $18K into it (including purchase price) since buying it... and I've put less than 1000 miles on it. The only few things that remain to be done (and totally optional) are some new fenders and a little paint. Mechanically and electrically this TJ is solid... everything works. The original 4L motor runs strong, and the trans shifts smoothly. The interior is in good shape, and the soft top has no rips or tears. It has one or two dime-sized rust bubbles, but other than that it's rust-free.
Free car hauler trailer if I get my asking price (the trailer isn't pretty... it has drive-over fenders and pulls very straight).
I've crawled this TJ through some of the steepest and roughest terrain in Southern Utah with no problems. I've trailered it to Moab a few times, and it keeps up with (and usually outclimbs) many of the newer $80K rigs.
