2008 Ford Escape 4x4 Hybrid bolt pattern???

A friend has a stock 03 TJ, badly in need of new tires. BF has brand new takeoffs from a 2008 Ford Escape 4x4 Hybrid. 235/70R16 rubber, so they won't fit on the 15" wheels she has. Is the 5x114 bolt pattern the same as Jeep's 5x4.5? Any backspacing worries? Help Please

114.3 mm = 4.50 inches

So I'd guess probably the same pattern, but I'd still check carefully when trying to mount a wheel on the other car just to make sure.
