2009 U4WDA Membership Drive

This year the point system will be the same as last year, each club will be awarded points for every new, renewal, and business member added by that club during the Membership Drive. The points system allows even the smallest club to compete and win the 2009 U4WDA Membership Drive.
The club with the most points at the end of the Membership Drive will win bragging rights for the entire year, and a mix of prizes valued at over $300 including gift certificates, off-road accessories, and more! These prizes can be used by the club for fundraising raffles, prizes for members, or however the club chooses.
The Membership Drive will be conducted between April 1st and May 31st. During that time, the point totals for each club will be updated weekly on our website, www.u4wda.org.
A PDF version of the U4WDA membership form can be found on our website, or printed membership forms can be requested by contacting our Membership Director, Michael Johansen, at membership@u4wda.org.
All completed membership forms and payments must be received by May 31st to be counted in the 2009 U4WDA Membership Drive. The U4WDA mailing address is printed on the membership form. Alternatively, “New Club Members” and “Renewal Members” can submit their membership information and payment directly via our website, u4wda.org.

Renewal Members – 10 Points
Every current member that renews during the Membership Drive adds 10 points to your clubs total. Even if a member is current they can renew during the Membership Drive, and one additional year will be added to their U4WDA membership. Multiple year renewals will count as multiple renewals and will be awarded 10 points for each year renewed.
New Club Member – 10 Points
Add a new club member to the U4WDA membership roster and 10 points will be added to your clubs total. These new members could be current club members who haven’t previously joined U4WDA, or new club members who are joining your club and U4WDA for the first time.
New General Member – 15 Points
Your club can earn 15 points for signing up a new U4WDA member outside of your club membership. For example, these members could be obtained through Membership Drive activities at popular wheeling destinations or 4x4 related businesses.
Lifetime Member – 50 Points
Lifetime Memberships earn 50 points for your clubs total. New Lifetime Members are not required to be members of your club.
New Business Member – 50 Points
For every new Business Member signed up by your club during the Membership Drive, 50 points will be added to your clubs total. Business Memberships require a donation of $150 in cash or $300 in product. All Business Members receive 4 business card sized ads (4” x 2.5”) in our magazine, The Compass, as well as a link on our website.
