Man, I wish I weren't stuck in a meeting.
I just saw John Williams' rig on the highlight reel. Cool stuff.
It is my dream to run the every mans challenge in a mostly stock willys jeep.
If you were leading the race, why wouldn't go through backdoor first? Doesn't make sense to me.
I think 3 laps total and different layout for different laps (a madatory optional line for lap 3)... Im kinda confused on it as well, but not sure where to find the info.
129 starters... Did Dave open it up to all LCQ guys again? Does that mean Dustin Sexton could be racing?
Got it. The EMC, that's a newer part of the event, correct? What are the criteria for that? I assumed it was less professional rigs but didn't Currie win it last year?
"Finished"... yes - an hour and a half after the race was over, but good on them nonetheless! I was impressed with that rig for sure. I wish our team had been given the opportunity to finish instead of being told "race is over, go home." Reading of team NAXJA's problems in the final few miles of the race, it sounds like we would have had a good chance of finishing very close to them.Bart, Craig, Ryan and some others here know Richard Gauthier (Goatman). Team NAXJA/PettyCash Racing (4643) ran the KOH EMC Stock class in their XJ and finished in 2nd place.
