24fps camera and a 24hz sine wave. Crazy effect

This is a crazy effect that you see from the camera, not by the naked eye unless you use a strobe light. With your eyes you just see a "messy spray of water".
Kind of similar to the plane prop effect you sometimes see on film.

Makes me question reality. :D

I wonder if you could find the rate at which our brain processes motion by adjusting the hz until you could see the same effect with your eyes...?

10ms frame rate which is roughly 10-12 fps. Wow, we are slow. :D But there's a lot more going on in our image processing. hmm.
