Only thing left is the front diff:

-stock 4.10 IFS front diff. From a manual front end, but does NOT include the manual axle tube or the mounts or CVs or anything else in the pics. Its the diff/3rd only cause I'm using the rest. Unknown miles. $100 shipped CONUS or make an offer.

So i talked to the wrecker and they're sending me another actuator and indicator switch. I'll post up when I get them and check them out, but I'm on vacay all next week.

I received the replacement actuator and indicator switch.

Actuator is tested and works great. Looks great too. They were even kind enough to include the wiring all the way up to where it connected at the frame side harness, which is also there and with a good 4 inches of usable wire after it.

Indicator switch looks good, but dunno how to test it....

I'll be including the good actuator and harness/wiring and the good indicator switch with the lock diff.

The other actuator with the broken harness is for sale separate for $100 plus shipping.
