4 point harness mounting location?

I want to install a 4 point harness on the rear bench seat primarily for my kids. Right now the CJ only has the standard lap belts. I'll reuse the stock floor attachment points but where should I attach the shoulder belts? I've read that you should mount them just under shoulder height but I've seen many companies make sets that bolt to the floor behind the seat.

Behind the shoulder is okay. You do have a few inches to work with though. Never mount the shoulder harness to the floor. This can cause your spine to be compressed in an accident.

You can run your shoulder harnesses to the floor as long as you run them over a harness bar first
