4runner Trans Question

I need a trans for a 95 4runner(manual) and I just want to make sure of what years will fit, if there are any particular trans that are better than others, and what i am likely to have to pay for one. your expertise is much appreciated. Thanks.

If it is for a 3.0V6 the trans is the same from 8/91 to 11/95 5sp

and if it's a 4 cyl (22re), then the trans from '85-95 are all interchangeable with very minor differences between them.
