5 point mounting?

Ok so I am welding in the mounts for my 5 points so I can get this thing painted this weekend. I have ran into a bit of a problem with the mounts for the lap belts. Anyone see anything wrong with mounting them like this???

I was going to throw some more cross bracing in and mount it off that but I am unable to slide the the t case and tranny back to remove if I put more in.
 
Are you asking if mounting it that far backward is OK? If that's it, I'd say yes. Worst case is you might bunch up your seat cover at the back of the slot.
 
You could also make the mounting tab a little bit longer than normal, sorta split the difference. Or, how far away is that tube on the side? You could come off the inside edge of it?
 
The belt tab on the outer side could come off the tube. It's the middle of the car that doesn't have anything.
