'61 caddy for 2000$?

It is in fabulous shape. No serious rust that I can see, has been under a car-port for over 10 years up on blocks. Does not run. Interior is in good shape. He has the rear tire skirts, another hood, 2 more sets of stock wheels, and some more stuff....I would love to do a rat-rod out of this guy...black satin finish, air bag suspension, tons of pin striping...

How much would it it take to make it run? Just a rebuild or needs replaced engine?

He says he drove it in 2003 but I don't really believe it. I have literally been driving by this thing around the corner from my parent's house for 10+ years. I am thinking it probably needs new fluids, brake lines, fuel lines, flushed tank and carb.

There are two spots on the front fenders that you can see slightly in the pic...small 3 inch patch but that is standard. I am going to research it to see if there is a patch panel I can buy so I don't have to match the curvature of the body...it doesn't look that curvaceous but it is detailed up close. I like the body style, not as loud as the late 50's caddys but not at blah as the later ones.
