So I just helped my Brother in Law take this beauty home.

I know there are some Scout gurus on here that might like to see this. And I was also hoping to get some more info for my BIL in this thread that he can refer to. He's relatively new to working on a vehicle that requires this much work. But he's excited to dig into it for a thorough restoration.

I actually have a ported Scout steering box that's been sitting for a lot of years, that I was going to list in the classifieds.

Just returned from a trip to get a transmission. Yes, the power steering pump mount is there. Throw me an offer for the pump plus mount. Located in Evanston but I go through Salt Lake City to Moab fairly often so probably can deliver.

That looks like the Scout II that has been on KSL. It looks good. I have a 73 Scout II that I need to get running again. They can be fun but he might have a problem with buying more. Some parts can be a little hard but there is a lot of Venders like https://www.superscoutspecialists.com/ where you can find the parts that you can't get at NAPA.
Yes he found it on ksl. The guy selling it had two and the other one was nicer so he didn't need them both.
Engine runs real good. Only easily perceptible issues were the bootyfabbed power steering mount, and the rusted out body mounts that need to be replaced. And of course surface rust throughout.
