8.8 limited slip install question

I have a 1998 ford f150 4x4 with the 8.8 rear end and it started having a bad vibration every once in a wile when I start off from a stop.

All I can find wrong,is the spider gears are pretty beat up.
there is a limited slip on ksl and I was wondering if I can just throw it in there or just need to reset the backlash or do I need to completely reset the gears?

Im pretty broke right now so the cheaper the better...but it's also my DD so I need it to work right lLol
Sixstates wants $200 to install it..

Backlash and carrier bearing preload will need to be reset, pinion depth won't need to be messed with.
