86 samurai

Had to rescue this little beauty from being taken to be scrap metal. Thanks to Toad for towing it for me yesterday. It is a 1986 suzuki samurai with a 1.3L 8V 4cyl carbed motor(told it was siezed), 5spd trans, stock 205/75R15 tires, stock suspension. On my way to my friends place in West Bountiful with my boy now to assess all that it will need. So far from viewing it in pictures I can tell it will need tires, top, front bumper, windshield, maybe motor or atleast a quick go through from my suzuki guru friend.

Not yet. As long as I can sneak away without my son tomorrow morning im going to go back and see if the crank will turn and if it does SCORE.

Not sure I could turn this samurai around just to sell anymore after seeing my son in the drivers seat.

hahaha. Still dont know the plans with this one. My friend that is storing it for me said I can keep it at his place for as long as I want and doesnt want me to feel pressured at any time that it needs to go at all which is nice unlike some other projects ive had this last year so im excited to get this going and see where it goes whether I keep it, whether it goes to my dad to make a wheeler for my paralyzed little sister, or to someone else.
