87 toyota pickup locker/lsd options

I have a buddy looking to get a locker or limited slip for his front axle in his 87. Is there a 3rd member swap for the rear off a trd? Also what options are available for the front?

I've got a Detroit in the rear of my '85 and a Tru-Trac limited slip up front, and for the moderate wheeling I do it is a perfect set up. Lots of traction without too much worry about breaking stock birfs.
