90 wrangler fuel pump wiring?

So where the fuel pump wiring plugs into the harness that runs along the left side of the frame one of the wires broke on the frame side end. I rigged it up the best I could to get it to work, but I don't know how I could fix it permanently because it broke pretty close to the end of effete it plugs in to the other connector. Any ideas? Or can someone, help me out and fix this?? Also I think my fuel pump is going out to. It makes a weird hissing/whining sound.

Try S&H Terminal for the wheather-pack connecters , they should have the lil tool to change the connecter . How many miles are on that fuel pump ?
Might as well change it out if its 150,000 +
