9004 Led headlights

I just got these in for my Sidekick and upon installing them lastnight in the Sidekick found out that they do not have a dual hi/low beam but only low beam. I am now in need of selling these so I can order the dual beam for my Sidekick. Photo below of the lights on shows the led on the left and my silverstar bulbs on the right.

30W 3000 Lumen each.

So they do not have a high beam at all?

Or, you cannot use high and low at the same time?

I have tried high beam and it does not work.
