91 ford e350 lift ?

can anyone help me find a lift for a coworkers van please? here are the specs on the van 91 ford e350 1 ton 2wd 5.7l 460. He is wanting for a 3" or larger so he can put 35's under it.

Wouldn't it be the same as an F-350 lift?

I would go rear shackle flip for 4-4.5" then make some drop front spring mounts. Cheaper and better than blocks IMO...

I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA. Just asked me to find a lift so he could put 35's under it. Not a brainless guy as hes a mechanic at my dealership and builds custom slammed trucks. Gotta have a plan I just dont know it.

It's going to take a lot to get 3" out of a e350 front... 1.5" coils and a spacer but there goes the ball joints
