After way too much rain and snow, the sun finally came out and yesterday was nice and warm. Of course you can't stay home on those lovely days so we loaded up the Bronco and ran down to Farmington to dink around at Choke Cherry for a few hours. Of course in my excited state, I did forget the camera but the crux of the trip was the last obstacle on the last trail as the sun was setting. It was a fairly innocent looking crack that was pretty deep and a bit on the steep side, but our buddy in front of us made it fine. I started up following his line and came WAY too close to rolling so I eagerly hopped out and let Chris work his magic. Feeling very assured, he straddled the crack and started driving up and laid the old girl on her side. Backed off and tried again. Same scenerio only this time the passenger side fell into the crack. No worries, he'll just back out. Well, here is the result of backing out whilst on one's side...
