AF Canyon on 9/7

Anyone heading to AF Canyon on Sunday 9/7? I will be heading up with a friend when he gets off work around 2pm but if he backs out then it will be earlier like 10 - 11am. The leafs should be starting to change.

My friend backed out so I can go anytime now. I was thinking maybe meet at 11am at the Tibble Fork parking lot but can make it earlier. We can run Forrest Lake and then some or all of Mineral Basin or I'm up for any trail. If I'm not back on the forum before tomorrow and you want to change the time or running late give me a call. I will be in a blue CJ2A in the parking lot and on CB channel 8.

What are the requirements to run the canyon? I have a 4" lift and about a 32" tire and Open diffs F/R.

You should be able to do everything up there. There is a possiblility you can get hung up on a rock in the rock garden at Mineral Basin depending on the line. We had one vehicle with 3" lift and 31" tires with open diffs make it through fine and another with 3" lift and 33" tires with lockers front and rear get high centered.
