has anyone ran 2" air shocks in the front of there jeep with a v8 motor, or will they not hold the weight? I am thinking about some 14" travel shocks for the front of my buggy.
thanks

you can get the 2.5" which hold a lot more weight

That's the better option, IMO. 2" Fox Airshox on the front of a TJ end up just about maxed out on their nitrogen charge to hold the weight of the straight 6--so I'd guess a V8 is going to be in the same boat, maybe just a bit lighter.

Anytime you get close to the limits, performance suffers--so 2.5" airshocks or coilovers would be better.
