Alignment issues after t style steering upgrade

Hey guys, I’m new here, Thanks for any advice given.

my problem started with the dreaded death wobble. After weeks of research I gathered the parts for the T style steering upgrade and new oe track bar. The install went off without a hitch, everything fit like a glove. After driving it for a month or so I began to notice a slight pull to the right While driving on the highway and around town. Turned out I had a wheel bearing trying to lay down on me. So, I changed that, but the pull was still there. Drove it for another week or so then while walking out to the truck on a job site I happened to notice the right side was toed out while the left was dead on. I’m no alignment specialist but I know whats right and wrong. Got it home and after a late night of laying under the truck and attempting to adjust it in I found that the tie rod was adjusted all the way in and won‘t allow any further adjustment. So, now I’m questioning the T style upgrade. It’s almost like the tie rod is too long. I have taken it to a shop that I trust wholeheartedly to have it aligned. They told me the entire front end is loose and needs the whole nine yards, ball joints, track bar, tie rods, drag link. The truck does have a lift or leveling kit on it.

What truck is it?

Sorry, hard to diagnose when you don’t know that.🤦‍♂️😆 It’s a 2001 Ram 2500.
Yeah this^ what Greg said. Steering/front suspension on those trucks is notorious for being terrible. Most of us have been through it 🤣

I know @Agility Customs upgraded the front end on his 3rd gen before selling it and I’m sure he could chime in with some advice too

This should help!

I read that thread a couple of times this morning, along with many other forums on the interwebs. You guys just seemed to speak more in layman’s terms to me. The only thing I haven’t done that was suggested in that thread is change the pitman arm. Maybe I’m just not seeing something correctly but I don’t see that resolving my issue. What’s really weird to me is until the wheel bearing started laying down on me it drove perfect and better than it had since I purchased the truck.

Also… the steering isn’t sloppy. It’s just that one wheel that I can’t seem to get in line. To ball joints don’t move when I pry, I’m seriously about out of things to check. Just put new tires on it yesterday and don’t really wanna ruin em.
