This is some video of my toyota going up waynes world on 10/15/05... If you recall the first time I tried in july it took about 6 tries to get up the upper half... So this time I decided that I was going to give it hell or die trying.......

That day we also Went out to little moab for the first time..... It was sweet... But not near as large an area as I had thought. Some more video of that and rattle snake... it was getting too late to head up constrictor.

I gave waynes world a run but with out the loker in the back I didn't have enough push to make it just about a inch more and i'd had it so it felt :D
I did winch up eagle's nest. we had a good time and nothing broke

Nice video, you just walked right up that!
I would like to attribute that to my excellent driving skill :D but I think that it has more to do with my wheel base than anything else...... and having gone up it already and knowing the line makes alot of difference too!

Looked pretty easy for you!

What is your wheelbase?

sorry to say it was easy because all the loose rocks down the bottom were stacked in the left side hole.you might not have stacked them there but somebody did and did not take them away afterwards

it is 110 inches. Seems to be just about right for me.
Here is a link to the first time that I went up wayne's world in july. https://home.comcast.net/~wakebum/movies/Waynes_World.wmv

You can see that I still walked right up the lower part.... no stacked rocks.... now the upper part on that trip..... that was a different story. But still no stacked rocks. :D

Cool.

Reason I ask is because my Tacoma is sitting at about 122 inches. My crew got one of our Tacomas up it with minimal trouble, of course he was SA, locked front and rear, and riding on 36s. I'm gonna see if I can make it with dual lockers and 33s :D I think the hardest part will be that first ledge

Thanks for the vid! Maybe I'll see ya on the trail sometime!

Longer can be a real problem on wayne's world. Shorter is generally harder on the lower section and longer is generally harder for the second section.

Very true. The biggest issue for the Tacoma was the spring hanger on the rear; kept dragging on the top of that rock point on the left of the ledge.

I don't think I'll make it, but I'm going to try :D

I'll bet your rig cleans up on those trails.

That was my thought, too... That pile kept you in the crack and stopped you from sliding over. Personally, the stacked rocks irritate the he!! out of me. Almost all of my body damage is due to stacked rocks. What pisses me off more, is I didn't stack them! Most of the time I will throw all of the rocks out of the way before I even attempt WW because of it....

WW is a tricky obstacle... You either walk right up, like you did, or hammer your rig for an hour.
