alto sax needs work?

hey guys my father is giving me a saxaphone that hes had since he was little so I can learn again but it needs new pads and to be dipped again. Any thoughts on where to go to get all this done on it or how much it might cost?

take it to a music shop. I'm guessing it'll cost $250-400.

there is a sax manufacturing facility in sandy. maybe they can help you out. i think they are called cannonball saxophones. i know for a fact it is cannonball something though. haha they are basically at the intersection of 9800 s and 700 east
