I've got the one piece axles and 35's

I would get the money out of what ever parts are in it right now and go anouther route.

I'm not into this axle any cash;)

The 30 in the front is not any stronger than that rear 20. Run what you have and start building some shortned 60's.

k ththat brings me to another question is it possible to stick with a 5 on 5.5 lug pattern in 60's so that I don't need new rims?

Yes, but not in a Junkyard axle (except one real odd ball Ford rear)
For 5/5.5 in the rear, a semi-float 60 with custom shafts is the easiest/cheapest way to build a 60.
For the front, there are a few ways to do it. It will require custom machining or aftermarket parts.

As for you 20. They are not as bad as the rep they get. R/P is strong and with one piece axles the problem is addressed. The next problem is the thin tubes, which trussing will address. BUT to truss it, you really should have a line-up bar in it. Due to the thin tubes, it has a tendancy to warp from the welding of a truss.

I say run as is and when you start breaking stuff, then upgrade.

The price of new rims in nothing compared to what you will spend on narrowed 60's. That should be the least of your worries.
