Annual Implement Auction

Every spring here in Roosevelt, UT there is an annual implement auction. It's held at Ag Equipment. Many assume that it's just farm equipment, which it has, but there are always some vehicles and other goodies in the mix. This year I thought I'd inform the rock crawlers that there's a binder waiting to be turned into something fun. 1968 Scout 800A. I took a couple few pictures today of it before heading home after work.

You can also go to Ag Equipment's web page and see a list of things along with pictures. Auction starts at 9:00AM this Saturday April 8th. There's usually burgers and whatnot for sale as a fund raiser for one of the local church groups.

Scout went for $125.00 today. Wish I had the funds for it. A mega cab cummins went for $6k. Possibly needed an injector, clutch and some minor work on the door.. Lots of good deals today.. Guess there's always next year....

Wow that's crazy, I used to go to the implement auctions with my dad, seems like things sold dirt cheap or they were made of gold. Seems like the later in the auction they were the less things went for.

Geez I missed this post. I would have went yesterday! Could have used that 3pt tiller and maybe bid on a gooseneck flatbed. Shoot.

I'll try to inform everyone earlier next year. Just try to remember that it's usually the end of March or first part of April. Duchesne County usually always has vehicles in it. As does Strata Networks (local phone company). An 07 county Yukon wend for $4900. This was a good year for vehicles. Last year the trucks went high. This year they didn't go so high.

I don't want to start a new thread just for this, so sorry for the Hijack.

But ive been watching this specific auction item for the last few days hoping no one else was watching it so I could get it for a steal, but some bids have hit it. Currently up to $700, and this early in the season I just don't have the spare cash I wish I did in order to get this. Maybe someone on here does? There's a lot of other items too, but this is the one that caught my interest.
