.. I need a new P/S cooler for my friend's truck-- after he smashed the hell out of it running through sagebrush... 
Anyway, this is enough of an issue that there are TSB's going back to March of 2000 to deal with it by spec'ing a new, revised cooler that mounts higher.
Part number is supposedly YC3Z-3D746-BB. I'll call tomorrow, but if anyone knows anything before then, or can get a price(! ) that would rock. Specifically, I'm curious how the new one mounts... that stock mount seems ok, but the speed clips they use to secure it are freakin' stupid-- doubly so when they're broken and you have to hacksaw the bolt.
I sent him on his way with a big loop of transmission line and instructions to turn a lot and watch the brakes. Didn't quite manage to get all the air out of the hydroboost. (parked downhill, short on time).
