Just curious who else on here enjoys a nice cup of herbal tea on a regular basis? I myself have an entire shelf in the cupboard designated for my teas, mostly oolong, green, and mint of various flavors. Most are loose leaf but a few are "pre-bagged" in the pouches. Right now we have about 18 different varieties on the shelf with about half of which are from the Asian supermarket. Ironically, I wont drink them very hot and usually add a few ice cubes or mix them with a bit of fruit juice. I don't drink black tea because it does have a high caffeine content and gives me the jitters, plus it doesn't taste very good by itself and is lower in antioxidants than other teas. I enjoy herbal teas for the health benefits and flavor, not for a caffeine fix or a craving.

So share what you do or don't like even if it's just your experience with varieties of tea that help you sleep, we have a few of those as well.

I'm just the opposite. I don't care for herbal teas (i haven't tried too many though), but I love black tea especially Earl Grey. I make a sweet tea from Lipton bags that I drink for dinner nightly. I don't do it for the caffiene either. My dinner tea is my only source of caffiene. Too much gives me migraines.
