has anyone seen a spare tire mount for a WJ. im tryin to see if i could maybe build one but not totally sure how to go about it. and im kinda lookin for something to go off of

Sure, there are all sorts of rear bumpers with incorporated spare tire mounts. My personal favorite is this one
