any vendor here deal with smittybilt?

i have an XRC8 winch that isn't even a yr old and i need it warrantied. i've tried contacting smittybilt direct but no response in 3 weeks. so i'm wondering if any vendor or anyone that knows anyone that could help me out. the winch no longer stays engaged, as soon as you put tension on the line it kicks itself into free spool.

Pretty sure 4Wheel Parts does.. since they own the brand and all.

4wheelparts does but it must be warrantied by original purchaser at original place of purchase.

Im surprised you can't get a hold if smittybilt. I call them almost daily and always get through.

well that sucks, i'm the original purchaser but i purchased it off amazon last yr cause they were having a great sale on it. but i contacted them and they told me to call the manufacturer direct.
