Anybody have a pro-injection???

Like the title says, does anybody have a holley pro-injection that is running or complete. I have a partial system that I need to find out how the wires go and the sensors needed. The harness that came with it is torn up at the fuel controller plug and the wires have terminals and eyelets on them that have been added so I want to verify they are power and grounds. PLEASE help me out. I would really appreciate a peek at a complete system. 801-440-4918 Scott.

Mine is still in my Bronco.... but my wiring is not oe holley.
Which version do you have?
All the instructions are still on Holleys website in pdf form.

On the bottom of the fuel controller is a worn out sticker that has the code 199R9854 in the top left. THe serial number is I69A 16235

Is it the controller with adjusting knobs? or closed loop?
If it is adjustable, is in a finned or smooth case?

It is the setup with adjustable knobs and a smooth aluminum case.

I also found that website but cannot call until monday or tuesday.

That is the oldest controller.
You're welcome to look at mine, but it is all loomed, so it probably wont help much. I do have the instructions for mine, but it is a finned case, not positive the wiring is the same, but I think it is....

What throttle body do you have? If it is the one matching the controller it is likely the injectors are bad due to age. I have ran into this many times. The injectors are obsolete and DO NOT exist any more. Holley does offer an upgrade for $200 or so to the newer style injector.

It is hard to justify the time and $$ to make these old PJ's run, even if they are free. They never ran great out of the box. With some they can run OK, but that is about all.

I am switching to a later model Holley TB and megasquirt....if I ever get the time....had the parts sitting here for 2 years....
