Anyone else excited for summer to be over?

I usually love summer but this is one I could care less for and will be very glad when it's over. Between the high temps, no rain, and low streams/lakes it has been miserable. Not to mention those who have lost homes or incurred damage from the fires. On our drive back from camping yesterday the valley just looked, smelled, and felt gross, we really didn't want to be back. Anyone else really just tired of this summer yet or wish they were somewhere else?

I could use more clouds, since my south-facing driveway is approximately 4,000* all summer, and I can't fit anything else in the garage, but I hate winter, and I'm not super stoked about fall or spring either.

Fires, Floods, High temps, Low Temps, Droughts, Blizzards.. always something to complain about.. I just have a interest that coincides with every season and actuality so I just switch it up so I can enjoy what I am doing and what things I can not change.... and then still complain anyhow

argghhhhh. That always hurts my ears.

I like summer and enjoy being able to sit outside, but I don't mind winter. I love to snowboard and I enjoy winter camping...because it's both beautiful and free from all of the yahoos that you have to deal with while camping in the summer.

Not at all. Could deal with lower temperatures, but I am not looking forward to the shorter days.
