I need to add some 35 spline stubs and flanges to my 60 and want to run full circle inners. Who do you recommend to machine inner axle ears around here?

Just use a 4 1/2" grinder and do it yourself.Not hard.Just grind untill the clips fit.

I did that with my stock inners. Worked fine.

Just go gradually to keep the heat down. A spray bottle with water in it works well.

Mike @ summit is going to machine the ears. I don't trust a hand grinder (not in my hands) to make the surface completely flat.
