Go-Pro was at the dunes over Memorial. I signed up for a drawing and didn't win...lol They did e-mail me a $100 off coupon for a new Silver or Black though. Its a 1-time use coupon code. I already have 2 Black's so I think Im done buying for a while. The coupon is only good for 7 more days then it expires. If anyone is buying one for sure soon post up and Ill PM you the code. The Black Edition with the remote is a pretty awesome camera, Im sure the Silver w/o the remote works well also. The Black is $399 ( $299 with coupon ) and the Silver is $299 ( $199 with coupon ) Looks like GO PRO is also giving free shipping. You will be ordering it directly from GO-Pro, I wont be involved etc... 1st to post up that they can and will use the coupon code gets it...
 
So the coupon is good until the 11th? If it is I'll take it. I was thinking about buying one soon anyway... and $100 bones off kinda helps seal the deal

Dang it I was actually last week looking at the Go Pro but changed my mind due to the significant amount of horrible reviews on the net. Now you say you have not one but two cameras and like them both. Maybe I ought to reconsider.

I am going to hi jack here, I have Black edition. I have never been able to get it to really work. I am running it with an Iphone 5. I have to pull the battery almost every time I try and record. I wanted to throw it out yesterday. Thought I had recorded about 15 videos. Never even recorded one. software is current, Can the card cause that? How do you control yours? Wifi remote, phone or manually? I must be doing something wrong because I have been fairly disapointed with the camera. What it does record is awesome stuff.

My new black edition arrived while I was out of town. Thanks again sir!

Can't play with it yet.... my SD card won't be here until Monday with the charger and batteries you recommended as well as a few mounts I picked up
