Anyone with experience of facebook givaway?

So I dont really facebook. I have my wife as my only friend then "like" 5 or 6 off road pages. I want to help BOR promote this Octobers Wendover race and have thought about doing a giveaway with some lights for a prize. I have no real experience with this. Anyone want to help set it up or give me an idea of how it works or even point me in a direction.
 
So I watched a few videos and Bor is set up as a group not a page. All the videos are set up to like a page so would I have to set up a new page for the 2013 Wendover race or is their away to incorporate it in with the existing group page?

Started working on it a little. Im no graphic design or idea guy so please give feed back.
