I know that you have to cut the frame back to fit the mounting bracket. I've read that you should brace the frame if you plan to winch anything.
For those of yous who've installed this bumper, what have you done to complete the installation?

I haven't "braced" the frame rails, in that I have not added any additional crossmembers or struts to them but I have removed the factory cap and welded nut from the end of the fame horn and welded on a beefier piece with a matching nut.

This gives the bumper some ridgid meat to hang on to while winching. The concern with the factory piece is that the frame horn cap will be distorted outward by substantial pulls.

It takes 30min per side.
