number one: where can I get a rebuild manual on a saturday night/sunday morn?

2: If you were to run a J-yard shifter, which one would you get?

this is for a ford C4 3spd auto.

the rebuild manual I would get teh Haynes from autozone...I got one for my T350 and its pretty decent, especially for a haynes manual...

Yeah, I have asked for the ford one in the past, and they said they didn't carry it, but I just went down there and picked one up.

okay, got the tranny apart, new output installed, now I just need new seals before I can put it back together. Anyone know where I could get a tranny seal kit on a Sunday for a C4?
