Axle Upgrade Question

Have a 1997 Grand Cherokee with full width Ford F150 Axles (HP D44 & 9"), 4.56 gears, ARB lockers, long arm kit. . . etc. . . etc. . .

I really want to have 1 ton axles (14 bolt & D60), also to upgrade the suspension. I have one shop in mind (Rebel custom Racing) I have met the guy on the trail, my buddies are good friends with him, but he is so busy I dont think he can get me in and have it finished before EJS 2008.

I'm located in SLC, UT

Any one have any good luck with a shop (preferabley) that could do this at a decent price?

Any help you guys can give would be appreciated!!!
