They say its the locals doing the work....I wonder how much the Sierra Club paid them to do it.

Stikes me as odd that people film the "locals" building the traps....then the drives say they have no way of knowing they are there. I also had a hard time figuring out from the cameral angle how the first one (truck that took a turn to tights and went of an embankment) had anything to do with a trap).
