bare metal w/clear coat roll cages?????

Anyone know what the process is to get that look? I've seen these roll cages that look like they've be brushed and then clear coated and I want to know what the process is.

I'd like to to it to the frame of my project bike.

RockLogic has done this to several buggies. They used a special clear I think. Call Seth and ask him 255-7625.
