I have a JD2 with a 10T ram and enerpac air over hydro....am I gonna bust anything if I bend some 2 in .250 wall DOM? :D

I have a whole stick of this stuff, gonna use it for axle trusses/link mounts, what do you guys think about using it for lower links? beefy enough?

the bend is for the truss, links will stay straight.

What drive train are you running? and how much does your rig weigh?

I used my JD2 to bend my lower links. It worked ok when it was hot last august. I tried to bend the same material in December and I bent a pin and sheared off one of the mounting bolts. Just something to keep in mind.

search on PBB, there have been several guys that have bent or busted their benders (both JD2 and Pro-Tools) bending that exact material. This is when a HF cheapy pipe bender works great ;)

FWIW, my lowers are 2" .401. (1.75" .281, sleeved with 2" .120)...I'm not worried about them
