Has anyone ever bent a double ended ram Down? I can see one getting bent Back from smashing into a rock or tree.
Granted, my ram is mounted slightly higher than the hi steer arms, but I didn't think it would bend the ram 1st. The knuckles are keyed to the steering arms with stock studs. I've ran this set up for two years.
I'm not complaining about the company as they have been more than willing to take care of it. Just wondering if its a material defect or I should have my ram a littler lower?
I've seen several threads where they have the ram much higher, or lower, or inset to where the steering links v outward and that just seams like too much side load for any ram but have not heard of problems.
crappy pics.
