Best Salvage Yard To Sell To

My son just totaled his 02 Saturn. Need to pick it up from the towing company that wants to give $200 for it. Now I need to decide whether to part it out or sell it to a wrecking yard. Anybody have any advice or experience with which local yard pays the most?

We get the most from pick and pull, I'm guessing 300-350 for that
